Description

This research examines MSMEs perceptions of the quality of applications used by e logistics companies, focusing on application performance, service quality, perceived effectiveness and user satisfaction. The research uses primary data collected through a structured questionnaire from 150 MSME respondents using e logistics applications. It also uses secondary data from journals, books, articles and online sources. The research use a descriptive research design and applies convenience sampling. Percentage analysis and descriptive statistics describe respondents profiles and perceptions, while one way ANOVA tests differences across work experience groups and primary application use categories.
