Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in higher education, reshaping academic, administrative, research, and student support functions through digital innovation and intelligent technologies. The aim of this study is to examine the level of AI-enabled transformation and integration in higher education institutions and to evaluate its influence on institutional effectiveness, educational quality, operational efficiency, and stakeholder experiences. The study adopts a quantitative research approach using a descriptive research design, with primary data collected from 150 respondents through a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The collected data are analysed using percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to examine the relationships among the study variables.
