Socio-Economic Transformation of Erode’s Turmeric Belt: An AI–ML Integrated ESG Framework for Sustainable Energy Adoption and FMCG Value Chain Optimization toward Viksit Bharat 2047

This study develops and empirically validates an AI–ML integrated ESG framework for transforming the turmeric production cluster of Erode district, Tamil Nadu, into a Net-Zero, digitally governed, and FMCG-aligned agri-industrial ecosystem. Using primary data from 150 respondents (100 turmeric farmers and 50 agri-entrepreneurs/FMCG stakeholders), the research applies exploratory factor analysis, multiple regression, and ESG index construction to examine the relationships between AI literacy, agrivoltaic energy feasibility, ESG awareness, and value chain efficiency.
